Silent Disco - World Record Event Stewards Needed

Free to Dance is a fundraising and awareness raising event for the charity Learn Burma.

On the 11-16th October, Ben Hammond (Former teacher and Director of Learn Burma) will attempt to break the world record for the longest time spend dancing (6 days). During that time Free to Dance will also be trying to break the world record for the longest Silent Disco.

The silent disco will take place between the 11th-16th Oct at The Scoop, at More London, near Tower Bridge. Members of the public are invited to come and dance for 4 hours at a silent disco of their choice (there are lots of different dance styles and music to chose from). People can either just pay to attend or get themselves sponsored for their 4 hour dance. All the money raised goes to the charity Learn Burma. Hands on London is helping Free to Dance recruit volunteer stewards between the 9th and 17th October to help make the event an outstanding success. For every 4 hour shift you volunteer, Free to Dance will give you a place at your pick of their brilliant silent disco lineup. Roles are straightforward, supervised and you will get a full induction beforehand. Click here to sign up and bring a warm fuzzy 'I'm making a difference' feeling to your day.
